After our lunch we went swimming (indoors of course). Again it was a lot of fun. Dorota, my new friend, and I had some great conversations! I look forward to hanging out with her very soon!

Fresh White Cheese
Yesterday I spent the day with a family in a small village just outside of Tomaszów. I wish I could remember the name of it. :) I was invited to help practice my polish and to have lunch with them. The lady who invited me is who I will be specifically working on having conversations with in Polish. Her family is so sweet! Her mom has a cow and we had fresh cream in our coffee and she also gave me a block of cheese that she makes. Cheese here is called white cheese or yellow cheese no matter the real color. White cheese just means that it's soft. So I now have a block of homemade fresh cheese and I have no idea what to do with it. So my roommate is going to help me since she's amazing with cooking. Her sister really wanted to talk to me but was worried since I don't speak polish. I told her to still ask and I actually understood what she was saying. I just couldn't answer in Polish. I have been scared for someone to talk to me in polish, worried that I wouldn't understand but as long as they speak slowly I can make out what they are saying. I was so proud of myself and so excited! :)
