Once again.....

Hello hello everyone!!! Greetings! We are all safe and sound in Kabul. Today we spent our first day at a school with loads of kids in each class. America's over-crowded schools ain't got nothing on these classrooms. :) we wanted to spend the day easing into working with kids and doing full on lessons from foreigners so we played games and added English as we went but were able to throw some math and science into the mix. :) it was a joy to be with these kids I already know it is going to be heartbreaking to leave! The school has grown and changed so much since I was last there. They have developed classes that really have goals and the kids can see progress. It's really exciting to see what the kids are able to do and what they want to do. So many of them in our first class wanted to be a teacher then some doctors and a few girls wanted to be police officers. Well, it's late and I'm exhausted.
