The other groups went well too. The 6th class was able to follow the lesson without much translating. I am so impressed with all of the kids at this school. They have such beautiful hearts! It's in times like these that your heart just is overjoyed and yet also breaks because of ALL the things you want to share with them. I am very thankful for the relationships I have been able to build with the kids and continue to cultivate. In each class there was at least one student I knew from the other times I have visited the school. Please pray that the rest of the week goes smoothly! I have pictures I will post later. Tomorrow is a fairly easy day but on Thursday I have 7 different lessons to teach! A LOT of prepping. :)

What do you say?
This week I am working in a village public school. I am helping a friend of mine, Dorota, teach about helping other people and learn about poverty. Monday was easy with only one class. Today went really well, it was just long. While it started off just fine when I had the 2nd group of 4th graders who were all girls come into the room and sit down I look around and was blown away. I thought to myself...what could I say to these girls? They are very smart and I thought...in the plans that I have to accomplish today what could impact them. That was a lot to ask with such short time to think. We talked and had a good time but I think the main part that ended up going well was talking to the girls about being different. I told them that we all are different and that we all are special and bring something special to the table. If we were all the same life would be boring. My friend asked a great question to the girls "Do you ever think of yourself as special?" They all said no. So I looked them in the eyes and told them that they all were. Dorota even told them all that God made them that way.
