Grass Soup/Move #3/Galoshes

Well....where do I begin. I had lunch at the camp and had a new soup. This soup is really made out of grass. This is typically delicious and healthy for you but the food at camp lately has not been settling with me. I am now living at the camps for the next week before I move in with my new roommate! I am very excited for a week from now. But please pray for my stomach over the next week. The groceries that I got the other day will come in handy. My roommate is a speech teacher in the area so I will be learning the proper way to speak Polish. I now know who my Polish teacher will be but I haven't gotten to talk with her to set up when we will begin. I will hopefully get a phone tomorrow. But today I moved into the camps luckily this time I'm in the hotel part of it. But I have to bring ALL of my bags will me each time I feel bad for my roommate who has to deal with the bags. I look forward to being able to get unpacked and settled, whenever that will be.

Today was a fun day. We went to church this morning which was again an awesome talk. Many things that challenged me in the adjusting and and getting situated part of things. Then this afternoon we went to the towns festival. This is just like one of the festivals in the states. They have rides and booths set up. Us preschool teachers went to play games with the kids. We played with the parachute..(Mary Ann I didn't realize what a work out that is:).) we also had cardboard houses they got to decorate and big areas for them to draw on. It was a great time all together!! I loved that we were able to spend the time with the community. The joy on the kids faces was amazing. The time with the teachers was again phenomenal. We are so comfortable with each other it is the best. I was wishing I could connect more with the ladies and today a lady and I talked about living away from our families and how that is difficult. It was nice to share back and forth. My director pointed out to me how much the teachers enjoy hanging out with me. She said that just by being myself naturally brings the girls to enjoy hanging out. Well, time for unpacking more stuff and hopefully getting some sleep since I am not sure when I am suppose to get up. :) Love to all of you!
